Award Ceremony
Today is the kids award ceremony. It’s Math, Reading, and character pillar award. The two of them got each 3 awards and so proud of it. I am one proud mother of course. After the ceremony I went straight home to have my breakfast and in a little while I will pick them up early. My son needs a haircut and after I will take them to Burger King, it’s a date. The rest of the day, they will just stay home and relax because we have a big day tomorrow. The weather is great again, so enjoy every moment of it.
My Sunday!
Since my little boy doesn’t feel good, I decided not to go to church today. I told hubby to go by himself and let the kids stay with me. I started washing all the bed sheets and in a few minutes I will clean the entire house. And of course I have to stop and take a break in between to make something for the hungry little masters. The weather is great today, hubby is thinking of mowing the backyard. The grass are getting taller and kind of hard to walk on it. We will be busy then, I’ll be cleaning the inside and he will be outside doing the same thing. Hope your weekend is great and enjoy every minute of it. CIAO!
A fun day!
I signed up to go with my little girl’s field trip at Mt. Fuji. The class has been studying about Japan and to close it they have a trip to Mt. Fuji and see the Japanese way of dining. Yes, it was Hibachi style and the kids were just amaze of all the fun things that the chef can do. The best hit was making a flare in the middle of the table. Kaya was kind of scared and hid under her chair. hehehe. The chef was looking for her and teasing her, it was funny. I did not catch the broccoli that was thrown on my mouth but the woman beside me did. It was indeed a pretty cool experience for the kids. Just great!

The sun is up and it’s pretty warm. Although we went to sleep kind of late last night, I am glad the kids woke up early, get ready and went to school on time. I took them there and I left right away cause I have a lot of things to do today. Laundry to fold, and a few things to take care of. Hubby has somewhere to go today, I did not even have a chance to say goodbye. He was in a hurry to go but he will be back at noon. I called the doctor if the kids prescription is ready but he said, it will be tomorrow and I can just pick it up sometime by then. Anyway, have a good morning and enjoy your day.

For breakfast, I had my favorite peach oatmeal. I really like it, easy to prepare and healthy. But right now, my tummy is looking for something. I think it’s time for lunch. Time to go to the kitchen and see what I can make fasts. I have some leftover from last night, I might just have it. But then again chicken salad sounds good especially on this hot day. There are a lot of products out there that is not what they promised. Consumers need to be careful and must check it out before doing anything. I am not familiar with this thing but it turns out this is probably not a very good idea. I happened to read this thing Colonix scam. Check it out and see the pros and cons. That was quick!
Seems like the kids did not have a lot of paperwork for the week so I did not have a lot to put on each folders. I was done quicker as I thought. They weren’t even there, when I got there, the classroom was empty, it turns out they went to see something. Before I go, they were back and I saw my son on his perplexed look. I asked him what’s wrong? He said nothing. I am just in my deepest thought. Okay, I need to go back home and see you later.
